Ok, anyways me and my cousin are debating whether it is possible to have a V4, 2.2L Engine with 500HP at 6,000RPM. This is including turbo charged, port tuning, everything.
This is impossible, am I right?

Anything is possible with enough money. The motor may not last or have reliability problems but with enough work I can see a peak of 500hp. It won't be cheap but I am sure it can be done.
We are going to have to add some sort of 3rd gen reference in hear if you want this thread to survive my twitchy finger.

Ok so what could be done to make this Celica 500HP? Can you make me a list real fast, just rough estimate? BTW it already comes intercooled to the max stock.

There are many 9 second naturally aspirated Hondas, you can find videos and mod lists all over the internet.
You'll be hard pressed to find 500hp v4s since most high hp small engines are inline with overhead cams.
This thread might be better suited for hondatech or something though.
