5.8L Camaro

Has anyone else noticed how 9 out of every 10 people that drive a riced out 4 banger always drive like *******s, redlining through parking lots, whipping around turns with people and other cars around, etc... I was at Norwalk Raceway the other week and some guy in a beat up 90's Neon with no hub caps pulls around to the staging area as fast as his car can take the turn, almost runs over a guy who was standing still in what should be a relatively safe spot, stops, churps his tires, then proceded to stage.

Last night I was taking my girlfriend home in my moms 02 Explorer 4.6L(pretty fast on the bottom end, even at its 4500lbs), and I passed some mid 90's 4 cylinder wagon with a muffler, next thing I know he's doin the 4-banger-fly-by at like 65mph in a 45. He rides along side me goin back and forth wanting to race, so I let him have it! Went from a roll at 45 to 70, took him by 2 car lengths in a heart beat. I slow back to 45 and am just driving, he dose it again! (They never learn either) We get to a spot safe from any cops so I let him jump a car length then I hit the gas and take him by 2 and a half lengths by 75mph. We stop at a redlight and him and his passenger start yellin "you got a problem?" like they didnt want to race back there!! They both get half way out of the car, some words are exchanged, and they get back in lookin all pissed off. So now when they lose a race they pretend they never wanted to race at all? I almost dont want to take my Camaro out on the weekends in fear of getting hit by some r*cer. Anyone else notice this or have a similar experience?
