Its also a 2-bolt main. I'm basically looking for all the specs required to build the rotating assembly.
So I can start looking at the cost for the buildup.
I have the crank already.

Difference in the pins,
press fit wrist pin vs full floating.

Looking at the catalogs now I guess there aren't as many variables as I thought.
Just getting anxious I guess

Hey Blackened,

Your setup looks quite similar to what I would like to build. What kind of power are you getting?
Any particular mistakes in mind to avoid.
This will be my first build.

mistakes-running short rods-run a good semi-"custom"piston and 5.7 rods minimum-6.0 is even better=more bux. shine them shorties on for the next guy. mag the block till you are blue in the face-especially between holes and if a 3 freeze plug per side 4 bolt-all the main webbing. good balance job. have abused mine since 87or 88 with no internals becoming externals. b4 the ati it was n2o. back then head selection was slim, and to actually build a 400 and let people know about it, they laughed till you left and then they even pointed at you too. waahhhh times change eh? :hail:
