Your 'stat may be stuck or restrictions in the coolant passages in the engine. Did you flush the system out completely? Prestone makes a great, cheap kit to fush the complete system out and it's easy to use too.

when you say "blowing", do you need blowing into pieces or tearing near the clamp areas? if they are tearing, you might be possibly overtightening the hose clamps. Also make sure the hose isn't twisted when you tighten it down it will stress the rubber. If the problem is swelling/rotting, try flushing your cooling system out and using some good hoses. i use Goodyear hoses and have had a good track record with them. Dayco has also worked good for me in a pinch.

The radiator cap should relieve the excess pressure. Try a new cap.

they are getting holes in them thats what i meant by blowing...the radiator is brand new so yeah i guess its been flushed....after closer examination its the water pump that went this time...cracked just above the hose clamp area and its running down the hose...
