A little better description would help considerably. Include whether there is viobration associated with the rattle, where the sound seems to be coming from, and whether it is related to engine speed or not (does it still do it if you drop to NEUTRAL at that speed?).
If there is vibration with the rattle, it could be several things. That's a little too fast for a wheel balance problem, since that normally starts around 90-100 KpH. You should consider having the balalnce checked, however.
Other possibilities are a bent driveshaft (which usually happens around 60), incorrect alignment causing porpoising of the front wheels, a bent rear axle shaft, bent wheel, failing torque converter, etc.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD UNTIL I GET TO HIGHER SPEEDS ON THE HIGHWAYS. THE CAR IS STILL STURDY TO DRIVE. THE DASH BOARD JUST STARTS TO SHAKE WHEN I GET TO AROUND 130KPH AND IT STOPS AFTER I GET TO 150KPH AND THE CAR IS SMOOTH SALLING. THE DASH BOARD JUST SHAKES AND RATTLES. ITS WEIRD. BUT THERE IS NO PROBLEMS AT LOWER SPEEDS

STOP YELLING. But anyway, usually a vibration/shake will come and go at some point. It could very well be a tire balance problem, or anything else out of balance that is spinning. Bent axle, bent driveshaft, bad u-joints, TC, internal tranny problem, pinion/carrier/axle bearings, ........

Usually, an out of round tire would be less noticable at low rpms, and get only worse as your speed increased....
Try getting them balanced- good to start with the cheapest easiest fixes first, right? =)
