Update on th insurance problems...
Well, they stuck us with a metro for a rental car and took it back y esterday even though it wasnt our claim wasn't settled by then. Today they called MLBC and told her that they would give her the rental back until Friday and would give her $2800 for the car, she told them to carry that. The lady said that she would research it more and get back with her. She called back again and said she had looked at similar Camaros in the area that were for sale and there median going price was $3,750, so she offered that with a $500 deduction for keeping the car. That's $3,250. We told her that we wanted $4,000 out of the car(before the deduction for keeping it) and she said she would call the junkyard and find out what they would achually pay her for the car and they told her $450. She called one more time and gave us an offer of $3,750 with only a $450 deduction. I wanted to press her more and get it up to $3,500 after the deduction but, MLBC was tired of going back and forth with this lady so we settled on $3,300, a clean title, and a rental car until Friday. We should get the money either Friday or Saturday. I really think we could have pushed for $3,500 because they are a very small company(This lady is in Tennesse) and paying for court costs and such is a big deal for them. I guess I am happy but I will be relieved when the car is fixed and didn't cost me more then $3,300(which it might).

Boy, I hope you can get it all done for that...I can't get a decent paint job estimate at any of the reputable shops for less that 2500 around here.
