Unsteady fuel pressure

How steady should your fuel pressure be when driving? Mine is varying and the needle shakes at times.

If it is the same as the TPI cars then the fuel pressure will go up when there is less vacuum for about a 10 psi swing,

It vary's from 10 to 11.5 psi.
