Though it could be a sticker there was a type sh. It was the top of the line model. Basically the only mechanical difference between it and the V-Tech model is that it had a limited slip from the factory, this helped a LOT with the inherent front drive understeer.
here are some specs from Car and Driver:
60 mph in 6.9 seconds, sped through the quarter-mile in 15.4 seconds, and topped out at 138 mph. It could brake to a stop from 70 mph in 172 feet and corner at 0.83 g.
Remember that this is a 5 speed, obviously the automatics will be slower

one of the import guys i hang with has one of those. with cold air, AFPR, and full exhaust with gutted cats, he ran 14.6. not bad for a 4 cyl, but not good compared to most of us.

I loved how the ricers would always parade around like the Type-SH was the best handling thing on 4 wheels. When my IROC skidpads a .99g....and that was only limited by me not being about to stay in the seat.

Ok, then what's a better way of determing the handiling of a car, i'm curious becaused id like to have a better handiling car over a higher g, skidpad car. And how do you make the best handiling car?

I would think that slolum speed would be a good way to judge handiling, because it sees just how fats the car can take turns at,m which is much more realistic if ya ask me, I love carving tight corners
