CAM for my sprayed ZZ4? Help
Any sugestions are greatly appreciated. Check my sig for my mods. My best time now is 13.54 @ 102.87mph. Thats on motor, I would eventually like to run mid to low 12's on motor and spray 11's. I do drive this car everyday but I don't mind a rough Idle. Thanks for all the help in advance.

of the two choices i see, for crane i'd pick : HR-276-2S-12-IG and for comp cams i'd pick: 08-503-8. these two would be your most readily available.

Did you ever run the car with the intake that came on the ZZ4? (I am assuming you bought the ZZ4 as a crate engine). I have thought of that combo, ZZ4 and TPI, but I would think that engine would breathe more air than a TPI base could flow.

Never ran it w/ a carb. I will be going w/ a LT1 intake soon. I gained 13 lbs of tq but lost almost 50 hp.

You might just want to throw a set of 1.6 full roller rockers on your ZZ4. Just make sure you either get them from a GMPP dealer or make sure they are self aligning. The set you can get from a GMPP dealer will fit under the stamped rocker covers, and comes with nuts and locks.
The LT1 mini-ram style intake will probably help out your top end HP.
