i got one that has about 19hours on it
Its probably a little much for anything but a 383 or bigger with a carb.
Intake
230 degrees at 050".
Lift .56 w/1.5
.603 w/1.6
Exhaust
236 degrees at 050"
lift .52 w/1.5
.555 w/1.6
Ground on a 109lsa.
Its a comp grind.
I even have a set of Pushrods.

Ed, the '87 LG4 is a roller.
I've had a ZZ3 cam for sale that a couple of guys said they wanted but never responded back to my emails. If you're interested, I'm asking $75 (a steal). It came out of a crate motor that was never turned over. It's a little milder than the cam jcb is talking about.

yep.. it was in my previous 400
it did not idle too bad at about 900. It did seem to start laying down a little befor 6000. That is not a problem with the cammotion grind I have now (almost identical lift but just a little more duration).

I have some 1.6 crane rail roller rockers for sale. I was going to use them on my new motor but the 1.6 ratio would crate too much lift for the springs on my heads. email me if you are interested, I only had 2500 miles on the roller rockers.

I dont think I need a cam anymore, I already bought a ZZ4 cam from five7kid for 75$ :-D But those roller rockers sound nice, need to see if it wont be too much lift fo rth e cam and the ZZ4 springs

fast broker, They are the crane 1.6 roller tip rockers and i would take 125 plus shipping. I only had them on the car from March of last year until October. The only reason i am selling them is because of my springs on my heads. If I would have used them My lift would have been over .540 which is the max for my heads I have less than 3K miles on them.
