Seprentine belt help

Trying to figure out which belt size is best for my configuration
Serpentine setup with smog delete, underdrive crank and underdrive alternator pulley. The 1st pic is with the 93.5 inch belt. 2nd picture is with the 94 inch belt. Which looks the best to you guys?

Re: Seprentine belt help

The first pic is closest to where you want to be with a new belt; maybe just a smidgen shorter. Try a 93.25" belt. Advance or AutoZone should let you try belts before buying. Stock asks for a 94.50" belt for reference. As it wears it will move to the position with more of an opening (what the second picture shows). You want that first line (mobile portion of tensioner) to line up with the single center line on the stationary portion of the tensioner. I've gone through many, many belts after doing my small upgrades. I think I've almost found the perfect one for my personal setup.

AC Delete
AIR Delete
March Performance Aluminum Water Pump Pulley (Stock Size)
March Performance Aluminum Underdrive Crank (5.5")
MSD 160A APS Alternator with 1.6" Pulley (For a 3:1 ratio)
Stock Power Steering Pulley

I use a 90.66" Belt
Part# 6PK2285

Picture coming tomorrow...when there's light outside.
