I wouldn't recommend them. Swirl ports aren't that great to begin with, but those the 76cc swirl ports, which means you'll have no compression on a 305.

Re: will these heads fit
They will "fit", yea. But you don't want them. They are GARBAGE.
TBI heads.
You can tell by the casting number among other things. 187 is the ones from TBI 305s, and 191 and 193 are the 350 ones. Those there are 191.
You can also tell by looking at the bowl, right behind the intake valve, next to where the valve guide terminated in the port. Heads that are "good" have smooth, unobstructed casting surface there, to allow maximum possible flow for the size of the port. TBI heads have a big lump obstruction they call a "ramp", whose purpose was to make the air tumble more ("swirl") as it came through the valve and into the cyl, and somewhat overcome some of the deficiencies of TBI (as a wet-flow system, contrasted against port injection) by keeping the fuel in suspension as much as possible. Was thought to be good for low-end torque and gas mileage. I can't say one way or the other about that, but they SURE ARE anti-performance. It's essentially impossible to get decent HP numbers out of them because the ports are blocked so bad.
And on top of that, they are350 heads, which will lower your compression DRASTICALLY on a 305, reducing power even more.
Just BAD all the way around for your application.
what are swirl ports
