Won't start

Won't start
So I have a 86 t/a 305 carb car. Been sitting for years. Changed the value cover gaskets changed the oils and removed the smog/egr stuf. The car stated right up was running holding oil pressure and temperature fine but had a miss and was smoking a lil bit. Well the gas gauge was stuck so it ran out of fuel. Well the next day I put about 2 gallons of gas in it now it won't start back. Just cranks will seem like it's trying to hit every 5 secs or so. And also it has a new battery. Also I just caped the vacuums that went to the egr stuff and the plugs just unplugged. Any thoughts?

Start at the basics. Does it have spark? Does it have fuel at the pump? Pump pushing enough fuel?

It's getting fuel. I pulled the fuel line from the carb so I know it's getting it. How much I don't know though. I'm pretty sure it's not getting spark. Idk how to test it through?

Use a tool called a spark tester. Any auto store will likely have one. It goes between plug and the plug wire, when you crank the engine it will light the little light bulb.
