tpi no fuel pressure to rail
I have a 85 camaro 305 tpi. Have not been able to get it started since i got the car. I have replaced fuel pump, filter, fuel pump regulator, fuel pump relay, oil pressure sensor. Fuel pump primes when i turn key but no pressure to the rails. I have tested through the aldl and my pump is working. Only thing i just noticed was that the fuel barely pours out a little when i disconnected the supply line at the front of the vehicle. Any suggestions would be appreciated as this is my first tpi car and I'm unfamiliar with these. Thanks in advance.

Did you change the fuel filter in the line back by the rear. If it pumps and dribbles, your filter is damn need plugged solid
EDIT: Sorry filter was changed.

Was Filter put on backwards possibly? Crawl under the car and see if you can see the flow arrow on the fuel filter.

What brand Pump? Built in check ball??? New pumps can be defective! Been there done that.. If you do not have pressure from the 1st Prime. your Pump is bad or you do not have 12volts???
place a volt meter on the FP leads above the Sender. Check the Voltage. I do not miss pulling the F-body Exhaust, Pan bars & tank. That is why I started. Installing external Pumps. I cannot image anyone that neglected their car SO bad. clogging the fuel System. Especially after Replacing most of your Components.

Luckily i have not replaced the exhaust and other components as of yet. I'll have to check on the brand when i get home, I'm getting a better amount of fuel out now but it still seems like not enough. I checked voltage at the connector from the floorboard to the gas tank but i haven't checked it actually at the tank itself. I was getting 11.6 volts but my batteries was dying from cranking so that might be why it was low.

Re: tpi no fuel pressure to rail
ive had loss of fuel pressure a couple times. the problem turned out to b a busted rubber hose in the tank from pump to line. it was a new one at that. the second time was on another Camaro. it turned out to b the check valve in the new pump. it would pump great, but would relieve itself of pressure. made it hard to crank. wasted $70 bucks on a new regulator. cut a hole in that hatch if you plan on keeping that car. I'm glad I did. dropping the tank first is recommended.

Re: tpi no fuel pressure to rail
the check valve is highly recommended in a little stock pump. But not mandatory.
it would however. Change the way you start your car. You would not be able to start before OR after the 2 -3 sec prime with a NON- check valve pump. As you would have ZERO pressure.
you would need to crank exactly when you hear the pump. "Prime" after started you will always have pressure. With a "healthy pump" & regulator.

Update, i pulled the tank and found the hose inside the tank had come undonea little and was sucking fuel but alot of air as well. Went ahead and switched fuel pump anyways as it was under warranty. Gonna put back the intake tomorrow and let you guys know what happens.

That fuel line in the tank was my problem. Replaced it along with pump and now it's starting. New problem is that it has a very rough idle when i first start it.
