nEVER DONE IT ON A CARBED tv cABLE, BUT ON tbi AND tpi. YOU PUSH THE SQUARE BUTTON IN, PULL THE CABLE OUT, THEN MANUALLY OPEN THE THROTTLE TO wot...YOU'LL HEAR A FEW CLICKS...

Push the button and slide the plastic all the way back(torwards the firewall) and then sit in the car and press the pedal all the way to the floor. The button can be difficult, you just got to squeeze with all your mite.
