Vortec head gasket question
Swapping stock heads for a vortec set on L98 block. I'm using Felpro 1094 head gaskets and the instructions mention requiring a special block/head finish for them to seal properly.
I'm trying to decide if I should just put them on as is or spray them with sealant before putting them on?
If sealant what kind of sealant? I need a quick answer and thanks.

Re: Vortec head gasket question
Most of the time I hear about people spraying them with "copper spray." Something like this
