92 RS - Cold Weather Starting Issue
Morning everyone, did some searchers on here and found a few items kinda of like the issue I am having but not exact. I have a 92 RS 305TBI. With the colder weather starting to come in have been noticing that it has been taking a little bit longer to start up in the morning. Well this past Tuesday it would not start up at all, it will turn over just fine but just won't fire up. Went home Tuesday and bought a new battery, but it in and it started right up (it was warmer in the afternoon and smelt a little bit of gas). Yesterday morning it was back into about the mid 40's and it took a few seconds but it started right up. Went out to start it up to go to work this morning with temps in the lower 40's, and now back to the same thing, will turn over just fine but will not fire up.
As I said new battery was put in this past tuesday - the fuel pump, fuel filter and tank were all replaced about a year ago.
Anyone got any kind of ideas or suggestions?

Oh yea forgot to mention, I am hearing the fuel pump prime up when it turn the key to the one position. What I did notice this morning was that after trying to crank it for a few seconds after I turned it back off, I think I heard the fuel pump actually still running for a few more seconds.

Well the wife tried to start it at about noon yesterday and it still would not start. I got home around 4:30 went out and it basically cranked right up. Went ahead and replaced the Fuel Pump Relay on it. Well got up again this morning and it would not start again (very frustrating).
I watched the oil pressure this morning, after turning the motor, a few seconds into it, the oil pressure built up but it still did not start. Got a Oil Pressure Switch yesterday also, think I will put that in this weekend and see if it helps or not. Will I have to drain the oil to replace the Oil Pressure Switch?
Never really paid attention to it before, but after turning the engine off, I can hear this fuel pump keep running for a few more seconds, haven't really ever noticed that before so I'm not sure if thats normal or not.
