Stock starter removal with SLP 1.75 headers ??
Anyone done this?
Replace stock starter on 400 small block with 1.75 SLP headers.
Looks like it will be close. Removing the clamp on the Y-pipe would give just a bit more room.

I did it once. Just to install my small diameter gear reduction starter. I didn't have to do anything with the exhaust but I did have to remove the torque converter dust cover.
