Car: 82 Camaro; in process of resto
Engine: 350 4bbl.
Transmission: 700R4 with B&M Lockup
Axle/Gears: Moser 28-spline axle; 3.23 gears
Can you name this part; is it required?

My '82 Camaro is computerless, and I am installing a new 350. Cleaning up the wiring harness, I found this...it looks as though it isn't required (the attached cable runs to the passenger side and enters in the vicinity of where the computer would normally be, but there does appear to be a small/rigid connector going to it, perhaps vacuum, so I thought I would post & see.

Keep it, or ditch it fellows?

Bonus...can anyone tell me what the other part is...to the right of the circled part?

MAP sensor. Don't need it if there's no computer.
