Car wont turnover, starter is good, battery good...what to do??
whats going on guys, so I did a thread on issues about my starter and why my car wasnt starting thanks to some advice from Senior Members that suggested that I was dealing with a "heat soak" issue I purchased a starter heat sheild. For a few days it seemed like it was working and then I was experiencing the same set of issues again...accessory lights, headlights, radio, and everything else would work...but my car wouldn't turn over. Had the starter tested, which was good, the guy even said that it was kind had way more tourque then needed for the car. the one thing that doesnt sit right with me is that I have "5 wires" connecting to my starter!!! had the battery tested, which was also good. so I'm at a loss on what to do and how to diagnose whats wrong. Once again this is my first car that ive actually doing the work and have no mechanical experience besides one of my buddies. any advice would greatly be appriciated.
Thanks

Clean your batteries terminals real well. I mean REEEAALLL well. Ive chased the same prob before. I had thought i cleaned everything good i was wrong. My bat. had side post and the inside of the bat post was dirty. Start there. Clean Virtually every major bat. conection.
Also if you have tilt steering, try tilting in in either direction then turn the key. This is a problem i am currently having with my TA.
