Re: crossover touching oil pan
Whats touching, the exhaust y-pipe cross-over, or the front k-member that supports the engine/front suspention?

Re: crossover touching oil pan
the exsaust y pipe right behind the k-member.there is a space between the oil pan and k-member that the y pipe is suposed to pass through.I'm sure it isn't supposed to touch anything. I'm planning on replacing the whole mess after it's together and running.I think it's just been pieced together. There's welded seams all over.About 5.Where can I get a factory spec one?

Probably your best bet is to get a new aftermarket exhaust system or OEM factory style y-pipe. If you just want it to work companies like Walker make cheap replacement exhaust components.
Edit: this is pretty typical of what youd need to pay http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...R%7CGRPEXHAAMS_____

Re: crossover touching oil pan
Theres also the junk yard as well. But if it where me, Id look at spending a little more on a good aftermarket system. You did all that work for the 3.4L, might as well get the extra benefits rather than choke it with the factory stuff.
