Re: squeaking noise comming from hatch
Is it really coming from the hatch, or just that general area?
Assuming it is, the body flex is the core problem, but silicone oil on the rear hatch weather stripping and/or some grease on the hatch hook/mechanism can help quiet it down.

Get down and look at where your exhaust brackets are welded to the "frame." I bet you see cracks in the welds.

Re: squeaking noise comming from hatch
mine does the same thing when i hit big bumps. but thats because i have my hatch temp rigged as a slam hatch since the hatch motor has gone out.. could just be the hatch is loose and needs some adjusting.
