Crank no start

Hello all and thanks in advance for any input. I'll get right to it and will give you as much info as I can and apologize if I leave anything out. Here we go: Ive got an '87 350 T.P.I with a crank no start. Have fuel (45-50 p.s.i) good spark, injector pulse etc. All the basics. This morning, it would give a sign of life with a ether squirt. Went back to it this afternoon and I cant even get that now. Motor only has 48,000 miles on it and literally EVERYTHING is new. Bought it with a spun a bearing and went through it. New lower end, went through top end, timing chain kit, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, module, pickup, all sensors, switches and tins! Engine has ran since put in so I know I didnt screw anything up but has been sitting about a year, but in heated garage. I personally tested ignition module and coil just in case were weak and brought it to parts chain for confirmation and they confirmed it was good. Plugs dry and gapped correctly, firing order/timing dead on and I cant imagine it randomly had an internal failure without being driven. Im lost at this point because this morning I could get it to fire off ether and now nothing. All wiring good, quadrouple checked! No codes in system. I am positive of the original (48k) miles and what was done during rebuild. I know the donor car and did the swap and rebuild my self. Probably overthinking it at this point but WHAT AM I MISSING!!!? Thanks again!

VATS? Although, you have spark. There's a thread about crud building up in the fuel rail after an extended period of inactivity. Try searching that.

Re: Crank no start

could be plugged injectors, they'll read good electrically but if they're gummed up they won't fire. Try squirting some ether down the intake while cranking it, if it starts then, my bet is on gummed up injectors. Basically what Watajob just mentioned.
