Fan making a noise

My fan is making a funny noise. You can really hear it when I turn the car off. Is it the fan, the motor, or both?

Plastic fan blades might be rubbing the shroud. Spin it by hand and check it out.

Im guessing electric fan? replace the motor. it has dry bushings
