Motor sitting crooked

I just installed new motor mounts in my car before putting the new motor in and now as I am going to install the tranny I noticed that the motor is sitting lower on the drivers side. What could be wrong?

Re: Motor sitting crooked

do you have the bolts in each mount? Its possible that the drivers side is seated while the passenger side is hung up

Re: Motor sitting crooked

sure you dont have to motor mounts flipped? they do matter, one offsets the block so depending which one you put were it'll matter

I checked and the mounts are on the correct sides.
