crimped Fuel lines
I was wondering if it's possible to crimp your fuel lines when jacking the tranny up fixing a mount. my car used to start fine until i jacked the transmission up. when i was done the car takes much longer to start. i think i bent a fuel line and this has caused my pump to go out. if anyone can help it is greatly appreciated.

Re: crimped Fuel lines
The lines are thin walled steel tubing to you can very easily crimp them. They are located on the drivers side directly by the transmission tunnel. I am not sure how you would crimp them though because I do not recall any good jacking points near the lines.
If you crimped them you can cut out the section by hand, NO ELECTRIC, and replace with a new section and compression fittings. You could also replace the whole line with 6 an braided stainless steel line. However, option 2 would be more costly.

Re: crimped Fuel lines
If your fuel line got crimped, you won't have a hard to start problem, your car would have about 50 hp. You wouldn't be able to make it up hills, it would hesitate upon throttle, etc.
