oil pressure/fuel cutoff switch
Hi guys ,
I got a 85 tpi, and the connector to the oil pressure sending unit is broken, when I went to fix it I saw that my unit have 2 pins and after searching I found out it is a oil pressure/fuel cutoff switch, but in any wiring diagram I cant find one with 2 pins thay all have one that seems to go to a tan wire, so what is this all about??

You were misinformed. The auxiliary oil pressure switch does not shut off the fuel pump in the event oil pressure is lost. It provides a redundant path for fuel pump power in case the relay fails.
The 1985-86-87 models used a different arrangement than later models. There are two switches - One for the gauge or warning lamp on the instrument panel, and one for the fuel pump circuit.
