i have an 89 rs and i recently changed out the fuel pump. it wants to turn over but wont go. when i start it up theres no sound from my fuel pump at all. we think the cluters of wires is our fuel pump relay but it looks pretty beat up and all the wires were kinda spliced. the clip its self when check only orange wire in had 12 volts the rest have nothing my fuel pump has 4.9 volts (FPG clip) so im not sure if i wired the pump wrong, i have a bad relay, or something else. any help would be great
