Please Don't Bash me.. (Cylinder Head Quetion)

Ok. I know this will probably sound stupid to most but I am only starting to get to know a little about the whole car world.. So up till now the most I have ever done is electrical work on a car nothing whatsoever to do with performance or anything like that.. I was just curious about cylinder heads.. When ordering do i need to order 2 or just 1? I am looking into getting these for my 87 Iroc: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...1&N=700+400065

They are the Edelbrock 60859.

V6 and V8 engines require 2 cylinder heads so you will need to buy 2 of them.

Sometimes they are sold as a pair. These are
Quantity: Sold individually.
So you would buy two.

One of the best things you can do to a 305 is improve the heads. But you should do an audit of your vehicle and report back. What engine do you currently have? How many miles? Recent rebuild? modifications? etc..

Previous owner put new 350 5.7 engine.. members on here have told me it is a truck engine however was a replacement that worked in the camaro.. Gm p/n 12520268.. the engine currently has 25-30,000 miles on it, the tranny was has 160,000 but was rebuilt at 120,000.. the only mods done was at the time of the engine swap and that included a 3inch performance exhaust and a Holley hi performance throttle body... and the engine is TPI

its not stupid.. most people start off with the small things like headers, intake, etc.. heads are a little more involved and usually need a cam to go with it.. NO ONE does a head swap and runs the stock cam..
