Aluminum headed 406

I am putting together a 406 sbc with procomp 210cc aluminum heads. I already have trw forged pistons for it, but here's my question. Would I be better off with a different set of slugs, i've herd that trw's are heavy. Also what fuel injection system would you recommend for around 500 horse.

Re: Aluminum headed 406

TRW may be abit heavier than other forged pistons but i dont think it will make a big difference if you keep the rpms down.

stealth ram or miniram is best for 406 and 500 hp

Re: Aluminum headed 406

According to my dyno simulator, my peek horse power is coming in at 6000 rpm's. I was looking at both of these setups, seemed like a better deal to go with a multi point system.
