What is this?
I just bought a 1991 Z28, and I just noticed I do not have the black box on the passenger side by the AC condenser and compressor. Could anyone tell me what it is? Thanks.

Ok, im not familiar with the TPI, i have a TBI, but if it is a valve, than the clattering could be from the valve opening and closing/switching back and forth. like i said im not familiar with the TPI but it is an idea.
