VSS question

Does the VSS have anything to do with the fuel delivery when the car is in motion?

No. Even on the newer cars with the "speed limiter" I believe it causes the ECM to retard the timing to limit the speed.

Re: VSS question

Done some research on this VSS junk. Have found that it's main claim to fame is to turn on and off the TCC. That is what it is trying to do and is not doing it very well. Now I am trying to find a way to unhook the TCC from the ECM until I can either get a new speedometer or dash. Thanks for the info.
