Do I have 1.5 or 1.6 rockers?

How can I tell if I have 1.5 or 1.6 ratio rockers? Stripped the 350 that came out of my old car. The heads had roller tip rockers that are being reused on the rebuild. It just crossed my mind I have no idea what ratio the rockers are, there are no markings on them, engine had been in the garage for a LONG time, engine builder is unknown.

You could measure each end to the fulcrum and divide, it might not be that accurate though.

Thanks for the suggestion, finally got enought things in the engine bay out so I pulled a valve cover to compare to the stockers. Looks like I got 1.5 I suppose it's something to upgrade in the future if by some miracle the new engine isn't enough lol

Re: Do I have 1.5 or 1.6 rockers?

If they are one of the better aftermarket brands (Comp, Crane, etc), they will more than likely be marked with '1.5' or '1.6' somewhere on the rocker body - often right on the nose, behind the roller tip. With the chinesium rockers, who knows?
