Well let me give you the scoop, i picked up a beat up looking 1990 iroc-z 5.7 liter from pasadena (i live in orange county) and it ran strong all the way back. That was yesterday (sunday). Today, after buying a new battery, I put a gallon of gas in it as it was out of gas and drove to the gas station. After getting there I put about 8 gallons in, tried to start it, and it wouldn't start at all. Just turned and turned. after about 2 or 3 hours of troubleshooting fuses and everything, me and a nice mechanic there (for free!) got it going by disconnecting then reconnecting the fuel pump relays then filling up the intake with carb cleaner and hitting hte ignition. Anyway, later that night I park it and go into a store to buy a radio and some other things for it. I drop in some octane booster and fuel injector cleaner into the gas tank, try to start it, and nothing happens. I try some of the carb cleaner that the guy gave me and it still wouldn't start.

It was towed back to my house tonight... Possibly the fuel filter? HELP PLEASE! Thanks alot!
