dam oil leak again

ok i replaced my valve cover gaskets with nice thick rubber w steel core, put new spreader bar bolts on, and tightned the oil pan. still got oil leaking. ive niticed that the bellhousing where inspection cover on the outside is soak as is the d.s exhaust tube... what would be leaking there> oil pan is tight and everything.....the oil filter bottom only has some oil, as does the oil pan like its got spray on it..... i dunno any suggestions?
