Re: fuel pump fuse/relay
Well, there is the fuse by the battery. One of the relays on the firewall that you are talking about is for the Radiator fan. I want to say the one for the fuel pump will be the outside relay. I found this posted somewhere, so it should help you out.
Radiator fan relay :
Thick red wire
Thick Black/red stripe wire
Smaller tan/white stripe wire
Smaller green/white stripe wire
Fuel pump relay :
Thick orange wire
smaller red wire
Green/white stripe wire
Thick black/white stripe wire
thick tan/white stripe wire
Sorry I couldn't find any pictures, but that should get you close. Once you've found the relay, pull it out, and turn the key to the start position, where the pump usually primes. Nothing should happen. You'll know for sure if you got it then. I believe there is an oil pressure switch down by the filter that will shutoff the fuel pump if there is no oil pressure.

Yeah, I thought of that when I was posting. I know a lot of stuff changed in 91/92. If it's completely different, I have no idea then.
