converting to roller, questions

ok, im converting from my hydraulic flat tappet setup to a roller setup (havnt decided yet if i want to go for hyd.) and i had just bought new +.100 pushrods for my new heads, my question is are there roller lifters close enough in height to match my new pushrods, or will i have to take the hit and try to sell these?
