Fuse for cig lighter, and overhead light blown

Fuse for cig lighter, and overhead light blown

I have replaced the 20 amp fuse for the cig lighter/ overhead light 3 times, and it has blown every time within a couple days. if any1 could help out, it would be appreciated

Knowing whether it is a Firebird or Camaro along with the year would help.

However, if the cig lighter it the type that points toward the ground check to see if a coin has fallen into it.

If the cig lighter is in the dash (points to front of car) then remove the lighter piece and put it in the console for a week or two. See if the fuse continues to pop.
