tbi wont start.. help please
my 89 tbi wont start, just cranks and cranks, the injectors are dumping fuel, but it just cranks and cranks, there is spark going from the coil to the distributor but seems to stop there, i have already replaced coil, cap, rotor, ignition control modual, and the resistance of the pick up coil is about 815....well between 500 and 1500, the rotor is spining when i crank it so the timing chain is good, and battery is fully charged, i am lost.... is there anything eles that can stop the spark from the distributor to the spark plug, im thinking maybe a bad ground or a short but i do not know where to start, is someone can tell me where the grounds are, would help alot.

The spark plug is the ground but i think it might be your rotor inside the cap make sure that the plug from the coil is touching the rotor. That would be my guess

Hows your timing look? Had the same problem as you cept it started and ran like a 2 cyl, it was 180degrees a$$backwards.
Also could be a bad ignition control module again, they die faster then a coke head in coke land.

Oh yea and does you car have a neutral safety switch ?
