hello ..i injoy this sight and love to read and lean....but now it's my turn,please help, i'm at my wits end....i have a 91 RS 305 TBI auto 76k...all stock exept no cat, flowmaster in back...i got it a few months ago and has run great ever since....so the only things i have touched are...the idle was a little low for me...so i removed the plug and turned it up a bit...it was fine for awile then it started idleing high...so i tryed to turn down but it dont respond....then it started running really rich all week long...i removed the injectors to look at them and clean...and now it wont start...i did before this jump between a & b and it only flashed service engine ..not code 12...and i get no codes...i'm /was a good mechanic...but this computor controled stuff has me stumped

 

pull the iac and clean it and iac passage then unhook - battery cable for 5 min. hook back up try it , later jimmy

 

where is the iac..what does it look like?

 

4 wire plug on back of throttlebody,unplug then screw it out and clean,jimmy

 

oh..i've cleaned that before...first time some carbon build up week later fine...the little thin gasket did brake the first time...now it's a metal flat washer( which is thicker than stock gasket) is that bad?

 

hooked the battery back up...just cranks and cranks no start at all...when i removed the 8 torks on top of TB to look at injectors...could that of messed something up?...i put all o-rings back and such...is my computor fried?...and where is it at anyway?
