i have a 89 z28 it wont start when its cold out side but it will run fine when its warm out side its got a new maf ,ing coil ,cap , spaurk plugs, rotor , wire , tps, pvc . its a 350 tpi 5.7 when i go and try to start it when cold out side it is hard to start it will for a few but will die it just wont stay running but when warm out side it will start fine a and run fine.. plz help thank you

 

Go to Autozone and rent/borrow (it's free after they give your deposit back) a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure and post back what it is.
Low fuel pressure fits the symptoms in your other posts too.
If you haven't changed the fuel filter, it back by the left rear tire.
Even if you convert it to carb you're still going to have to fix this.
