Looking for someone with injector knowhow
I have a '90 3.1 that is in a coma!
will not start, the latest thing that I have found is that the injectors are not firing. I have checked the fuel pressure, changed cap, rotor, coil wire, and ignition module. has spark at the plug wire. Checked injector resistance, all are now at 13, this is where they were at when it had a problem in the past, should be ok to run. Unplugged one injector and with ignition on, found that both wires have voltage to ground, seems very strange. When cranked there is no indication of a flicker from my test light when checked between the two wires on the plug.
Is this a sign of a bad ECM or something else

Re: Looking for someone with injector knowhow
I have the resistor soldered in to eliminate the key resistor, other than that I don't know how to bypass the VATS. I thought the VATS disabled the starter as well?
