Just rebuilt 305 tpi. When cold, runs and drives just fine. When motor is warmed up, after braking the rpms drop to 500 and car sometimes stalls because of rpm drop. Any ideas?

 

For what it's worth mine is doing that too. Except mine does it after only a few minutes and only when the car is moving. Sitting in the garage I can pump the brakes and the idles goes up a tad. Sure hope we get an answer.

First thing I would check for would be a vaccum leak. If you find nothing there than maybe check your fuel flow to see if you maybe have a clogged fuel filter.

 

I just replaced all 8 fuel injectors and put a brand new fuel filter in. The only vacuum leak I have is from my throttle body to the emissions canister (the throttle body sucks air in from the canister. When I connect the line or plug the hole, the car stalls right away. I also can not plug my mass air flow sensor in or the car stalls.)

My best guess is my car is slightly out of time???

 

no the car being out of time...wont cause that... i would bet you need a new MAF... if you cant plug yours in without it stalling

 

Is that the sensor in the air induction box?
