Removing "Silencer" Starter Kill Chip

Ok ive had this on my car ever sense i got it. Its a security device, you pull the chip out and the car wont start. Well i want to take this out for the simplicity of wiring and my car doesnt get driven anyway, so i want to put this on my gf's 4th gen T/A. I just want to make sure i dont F up my car. It appears if i just reattach the yellow starter wire all should well and normal is that true? Have a look at my pictures, i just want to make sure thats all there is too it before go messing stuff up...

Like i said id actually like to go ahead and put this on my gf's car as hers gets driven everyday and it would be nice for her to have.

Thanks.
