383 stroker barely beats a stock ls1 ??????

Car: 1991 Gta trans am
Engine: 383ci,trickflow alum. heads, hsr
Transmission: T-56, alumin. driveshaft
Axle/Gears: stock 7.5"/3.42
383 stroker barely beats a stock ls1 ??????
I just built my 383 stroker motor and I have everything you can possibly do to it done except a port job and NO2. and I just raced a suppose'd stock ls1 and barely beat him. I know that it is probly mostly from bald tires because we went from digs but he was about dead even with me most of the time until I brought my car up to about 6000rpms (maybe it likes higher rpms but I don't know just yet). Anyway most of you guys on here have told me that my engine combo should be making like 450hp maybe like 400rwhp or more and its backed by a 6 speed tranny that has a spec stage 3 clutch and 3.73 gears in the rear!!!! I know that right now I'm in the 12 sec 1/4 mile range but I've never heard of a stock z28 ls1 doing low 12's with just an air filter
? I was wondering if anybody has heard of this kind of crap?

Tune is off a little but should be more than enough to beat a stock 4th gen ls1....I think anyway.... considering a ws6 ls1 raced me when I didn't even have a chip and I pulled right away and put a car on him. And the other night I raced a mercedes AMG clk55 and made him look like he was standing still and I were to blow by doing 80 mph and the AMG has been rated at 364hp at the flywheel and 390TQ. If I remember correct a stock ls1 should only have like 300hp-335hp at the flywheel with about 300TQ. both those cars weigh about the same (might be off by 100lbs).

the stock LS1s are notoriously under rated from factory but what about maybe he was just better at driving the car

whats your true compression ratio ?
whats the compression gauge say also
which cam are you running?
whats the backpressure reading on your exhaust at full throttle under load?
whats your air/fuel RATIO over the whole rpm range?
can you post a picture of a few of your spark plugs?
whats your ignition timing curve and total timing set at?
whats your calculated compression ratio ?

And I should have about the stock 9.3-.5 to 1 compression ratio.
