Need Help ASAP friends car having MAJOR problem
hey i was wondering if anyone know what his problem is he has a 91 camaro v6 5spd his name on tgo is 2tonedmaro89......his car keeps stalling....when ever he gets off the gas it stalls at like a light or stop sign but if u dont move it and start it like 5 times it will idle but as soon as u drive it and get off the gas it stalls.it will drive almost fine as long as your on the throttle...we have no idea wut it is...also when he slams on the gas a big puff of black smoke comes out...please help

Is the SES light coming on?
When was the last tune-up? Spark plugs, cap, rotor, plug wires, fuel filter, O2 sensor, etc.

I had a similar problem when my intake piping after the MAF had become loose. May be worth a quick check to make sure its tight, and it may be time for a tune-up.

theres no lights on and some people say it cant be the fuel filter and....i can be a tune up?? hes got a brand new cap and rotor ill install it tomorrow
