differences between marine and automotive 350's?

well the 305 I was running has recently blown up. Ive been looking around for a used 350 and a buddies dad has a marine 350 he wants to get rid of. what are the differences between marine and automotive 350's?

I researched the net for a while but only found a few articles, most dealt with car engines in boats.

Thanks in advance
