Correct spark plugs to iron headed L98
I have ac delco 41-629's are they the correct plug for my iron headed L98? I'm not actually running L98 heads I'm running 3947041's which are an older early 70's casting but I'm assuming they would take the same plugs... The reason I'm askin this question is because the delco's I just got are about a half inch longer than the plugs I'm taking out, but I'm not sure if the old plugs were the right ones to begin with.. Can anyone enlighten me?

The R45TS is the stock spec plug for most 3rd gens IIRC.
The S refers to extended tip, so I think, if you want, you can use R45T so it's the same length as what you pulled out of the 041 heads.
