Car: 1991 Pontiac Firebird
Engine: 383 LT1
Transmission: built 700r4 and fuddle 3500stall
Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3.42 auburn
fuel pump not priming any more??
so i have a 91 bird did a swap from the 305tbi to a 350carb. everything was working fine and the car is still running but i noticed that the pump isnt priming any more. after i did the carb swap it was still priming but in the last week or so i noticed its not. is the pump going out or what?

the ecm is still hooked up and it was priming before... i changed the engine in july and it just now quit.

Maybe a bad fuel pump relay. It doesn't really matter though, if you've done the swap properly you've changed the distributor, so the ECM never gets reference pulses to turn the fuel pump on after priming. The oil pressure switch is turning the pump on after the pressure rises.
