LT1 TB on L98 motor (throttle cable)

LT1 TB on L98 motor (throttle cable)
I'm fixing to swap my L98 TB out for the LT1 that has been sitting around the house. I'm tossing a code 22 for the TPS sensor. Well no kidding its loose as he&&. I'm going to just swap the IAC housing and use my L98 IAC then get the pigtail for the LT1 and also the TPS sensor. The problem being that my throttle cable isn't long enough. Are you guys that are running the LT1 on your L98 using the 4th gen cable?
My L98 throttle cable mounts at the pivot point of the butterfly. The LT1 TB mounts around an inch in front of it.
